Madsen Marcellus is a Senior Partner of McGill & Marcellus P. A. Mr. Marcellus practices in the areas of criminal defense, including, but not limited to, DUI Defense, Felonies, and Misdemeanors. Mr. Marcellus is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense lawyers, and the Dade County Bar Association. He also focuses on labor and employment cases, stemming from race discrimination, race harassment, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. Mr. Marcellus has developed a reputation as a strong litigator who advocates zealously on the behalf of his clients.

Mr. Marcellus was awarded a Juris Doctor from the University Of Florida College Of Law in 1999. While in law school, Mr. Marcellus excelled in criminal litigation and was awarded the trial practice book award in 1998. He was the recipient of the Florida Bar Association Scholarship, was a member of the Criminal Law Association, Entertainment and Sports Law Association, the Black Law Students Association, and Caribbean Law Association.

Mr. Marcellus earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Mr. Marcellus is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts, the Supreme Court of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
